A modern certification system for training was adopted as decided by a Ministerial Decision, by establishing quality and objective assessment criteria of the educational structures, the training programs and the knowledge and skills of the human resources employed in civil services, Legal Entities governed by Public Law and Local Government Organizations of the 1st and 2nd degree.

A program is certified by a Central Certification Committee, which is an independent body under the presidency of EKDDA President, following the electronic submission of the interested body and the completion of the Planning file with the Accompanying Documents, according to the Application Guide. More than 500 Titles of training programs of public bodies have been certified by the Central Certification Committee.
