Detection of Needs

The detection of training needs aims at the training intervention responding to the employees’ personal needs and at the same time being connected with the operational targets and the organizational changes of each Public service or body. The Teams  of Trainers and Special Scientists  insert information and data at a special technological platform in the form of questionnaires according to the application guide, which are to be filled in by the employees of the service or the body.  In this way, the scheduling and budget of the programs are established in a reliable way, and the ongoing monitoring of the existing and future needs for the employees’ training and education is strengthened.
