The training includes the elaboration of an analytical steps and actions list that will enable the fulfillment of their mission, while five workshops are going to be organized for the development of skills on the negotiations technique, the effective communication, team working, the presentations technique, as well as on quick reading and effective text writing.
Thereafter, political leadership workshops are going to follow with the participation of Ministers and General Directors who will have the possibility to communicate and exchange ideas with Greek politicians and high ranked political and administrative executives who are experienced in the execution of the Council's Presidency. Lastly, specialized actions for the Press Officers are foreseen concerning the organization and the function of the EU, the diffusion of the political priorities of the Cypriot Presidency, additional supportive actions, such as the training, the preparation and completion of policy papers and of political positions papers, certain additional actions related with issues of protocol, issues of behavioural conduct etc.
