The Regional Training Institutes (P.IN.EP.) operate in the capacity of regional units of the Training Institute of E.K.D.D.A.

Their role is the Introductory, but also the Continuous Education and Training of the personnel of the Public Services, which belongs to the geographic prefecture that they are activated in, aiming at the development of capable Public Administration executives with specialized vocational training and a modern spirit of approaching the administrative issues, so that the optimal results with the appropriate workplace attitude are achieved.

Their actions are implemented either independently or in cooperation with the scientific and administrative personnel of IN.EP., mainly for the implementation of central planning actions (one day events, conferences).

Their geographic responsibility covers the respective administrative Prefectures.

They have the advantage of being close to the regional Administrative units of the Public Administration, so that they can have an integrated and direct approach of the needs of issues of the modernization of the Public Administration.

The P.IN.EP. constitute a dynamic presence in the entire country and through their activities they contribute actively in the implementation of the Third Structural Fund Operational Programs, which fall under the responsibility of E.K.D.D.A.
