Our Strategic Alliances in Greece
The
orientation and organisation of E.K.D.D.A. educational and training activities
are defined in consultation with our Social Partners.
With the
apex organisation of Public Servants (A.D.E.D.Y.)
We have built a most valuable corporate relationship
with A.D.E.D.Y. by signing in 2004 an Agreement for the design and execution of
an integrated, modern and effective human resource development system for
Public Administration.
The outcome of the Agreement is a Training Charter which has been
ratified by law and is accompanied by a Funding Protocol, according to which
0.5 per thousand of the annual public salary budget will be invested in training
activities.
Along with the Social Multi Centre of
A.D.E.D.Y., we provide financial support to Public Employees for post-graduate
programs (master level), carried out at the Universities of Peloponnese and Macedonia.
Together with A.D.E.D.Y., we envisioned a
“Public Administration Research and Innovation Centre” in SE Europe and the Mediterranean, and at the same time we are implementing
cross-border activities in the framework of the Community Initiatives Interreg
and Equal.
With the Representatives
of Prefectural and Local Authorities (E.N.A.E. & K.E.D.K.E.)
In recognition of the vital role of Local
Government in local and regional development, we have signed a Collaboration
Memorandum with E.N.A.E. At the same time we are cooperating with K.E.D.K.E.
for the design and implementation of training programs for elected Local Administration
officials.
With Ministries and other Organizations
With the objective to ensure flexible and
effective design and implementation of educational and training programs, a Coordination
Committee for Education has been established and operates under the auspices of
E.K.D.D.A.. The Committee is comprised of representatives of the educational /
organizational units of Ministries and Public Organisations and of Social Partners
(A.D.E.D.Y., E.N.A.E., K.E.D.K.E., T.E.D.K.N.A.).
The objective of this Committee is to monitor
and coordinate all educational programs in Public Administration, as well as to
unify training methodologies and research foci, in order to improve the quality
and effectiveness of Human Capital Development activities in all levels and organisations
of the Public Sector.
